Welcome back to the 5th edition!
The 5th edition of OIFF TURIN CINEFEST festival is now organized by the Systemout Association as an event whose intention is to give value to filmmakers’ creativity.
Nowadays, thanks to digital technology, it is possible to shoot films with a low budget, but only few of them do not end up in oblivion. OIFF TURIN CINEFEST 2018 festival’s main goal is to be a showcase for independent films. Our mission is to ensure the visibility to the many small and big movies that are produced in the world. There are no limits, except for those that we impose on ourselves.

    Awards & Prizes
    All the awards for the winners of OIFF TURIN CINEFEST 2018 will be announced after the closure of online submissions.

    Rules & Terms
    Two films categories can be submitted to the Festival:

    -Short films: films with a running time from 1 to 59 minutes;
    -Feature films: films with a running time of 60 minutes or more.

    5th OIFF TURIN CINEFEST 2018 submission will be possible from February 15 2017 to February 15 2018 on our online platforms. Projects submitted must be the original work of the participant, not ended before January 1-2010. All films in any different language from English must necessarily be subtitled, in English. An exception will be admitted for films in Italian or Spanish, which don't need to be subtitled.

    After the official selection all the finalists will compete in the contest. Members of a competent jury are in charge to nominate the best short and the best feature by February 28 2018 The winning films will be played in a cinema hall in Turin historycal downtown, during a public event.

    OIFF TURIN CINEFEST MAIN FEATURES:

    - Submissions fee is 10 USD for each film
    - Films selected by a qualified jury
    - Awards February 28 2018

    - Winners Live projection
    - Free limited membership to Systemout Association

    By submitting the film to 5th OIFF TURIN CINEFEST 2018 you confirm to own the rights of the film.
    It is possible to submit more than one project, but each project requires the submission fee.
    Rates for submission are not refundable.
    5th OIFF Turin Cinefest 2018 reserves the right to make any necessary changes to the final event.

    The payment of the festival’s submission fee implies the acceptance of the rules and condition shown on www.oiff-cinefest.com/rules-terms,the contestant declares to accept without exceptions.

    Rules and condition are available in English, French and Italian.
