يستيقظ هاني صباحا ويستذكر شجارا سابقا مع زوجته الحامل ندى التي تستيقظ بعده وتطلب منه تحضير نفسه ليتناول الإفطار معها قبل ذهابه للعمل. خلال استحمامه وتناوله الإفطار وارتداء ملابسه تدور أحاديث هنيئة بينه وبين ندى تتخللها مواقف تقطع مخيلته لحملها وغضبه منها.
A husband and his wife living a tranquil life before a health tragedy strikes one of them.
Hani wakes up thinking about the earlier quarrel he had with his wife, Nada. Nada, pregnant, wakes up and asks him to get ready for work while she prepares breakfast so they can have it together before he takes off. As he is taking a shower and later while getting dressed and having breakfast, small talks between them take place. Through that, he remembers how upset he was when he realized she was pregnant. As Hani leaves his house, he runs into the guard of the building, and that is when the truth is revealed.
